the guy was very nice but he made a key for my vehicle and got it stuck and he hands me $60 and tells me sorry, i call the shop to be told that i have to pay $117 just for them to diagnostic tests (yes they know the key is stuck but was told still had to do test), I've text the locksmith telling him and he won't respond...

Used a Kiosk to make duplicate keys, the keys didn't fit the lock and when I contacted customer service they immediately issued a refund. Top Notch customer service! They stand behind their product/service.

When I first started to learn to use it- it was a-little confusing. I thought the key that has the designs on it, was going to be cut out the same day. I didn’t think they had to ship it from 3 to 5 days. Love the location though . I just wish the designs were built into the machine. Thank you though for having the machine there. Definitely useful and convenient.

O quiosque KeyMe escaneou a chave do carro perfeitamente. Dentro de alguns dias, as chaves foram enviadas. Eu consegui trancar/destrancar a porta e ligar o carro. Eu recomendo muito este serviço!!!

Acabei de ligar. A senhora que atendeu foi muito doce e compreensiva. Infelizmente, não conseguimos usar o serviço deles devido à disponibilidade dos chaveiros. Apenas nossa má sorte.
